Rolcon has developed a revolutionary conveyor roller specifically designed to eliminate conveyor system frame wear and drastically reduce noise levels allowing you to substantially reduce conveyor system maintenance costs. At the heart of this innovative design is Rolcon’s patented roller axle. Made of a molded thermoplastic polyurethane reinforced with a steel pin, the roller axle has a spiral-hex tip that allows for perfect roller conveyor installation every time. Most importantly, there is no metal to metal contact between the roller axle and the conveyor system frame since the axle is made of cut resistant, high abuse polyurethane. This means that the FS Series Conveyor Roller will never wear out your conveyor system frames – NOT EVER!
